Refund Policy
At CareerInvesto, we want to ensure our members are happy with their learning experience. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 7-day refund window under the following conditions:
For Course Memberships:
- You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of signing up.
- Refund requests must be sent via email to reachus@careerinvesto.in with your full name, registered email, and reason for the refund.
- Refunds will be processed only if you have consumed less than 25% of the course content.
- Once your eligibility is verified, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
For Coaching Packages:
- Refunds for coaching packages are allowed within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be pro-rated based on the number of sessions remaining.
- Completed sessions will be charged at our standard (non-discounted) coaching rate.
- No refunds will be processed once more than 50% of the sessions have been used.
Note: We reserve the right to decline a refund request if abuse of the policy is suspected.
